Cancellation & Confirmation Policy To respect both your time and ours, we require all clients to confirm their appointment at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled time. 24-Hour Confirmation Requirement: A confirmation message will be sent prior to your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered unconfirmed. Unconfirmed Appointments: Any appointment that is not confirmed within the 24-hour window is subject to automatic cancellation and may be offered to another client on our waitlist. Late Confirmations: If you attempt to confirm after the 24-hour window, your original time slot is not guaranteed and will depend on availability. Rebooking: Clients whose appointments are canceled due to lack of confirmation are welcome to rebook, but availability may be limited.
